You are no doubt entering into a Theatre of service and it cannot be very peaceful and smooth. But why fear? He who put you in that chain, He is the one who is accomplishing His Plans through everyone of us. Generally we forget this salient fact and there we feel crushed by the weight of the problems. Keep smiling. Why should tools worry how the technicians is going to solve his problem and do his job!!
Be a mere tool, a willing, cheerful dedicated tool in His Hands. Make the job a Sadhana to “Remember & Be” the true THAT.
I know how unpleasant is the situation. Be peaceful: Lord will not leave you in the lurch. It will all settle up in its own time. Hold on to your inner Balance. His hand is clearly seen in the decision regarding the boat
Children enjoyed fully. Love is the solvent of all problems.

Blessed Self,
Om Om Om!
Salutation!!
My Dear, our attempt all the time is to popularize the Yajna Movement and the ultimate revival of Hinduism. For this purpose we have been training workers under her organization of the Chinmaya Mission. If they talking active part in organizing and conducting Yagnas and Kirtans we must congratulate ourselves. We must allow them to act on this independently with their feet in the Mission for a year or two. There afterwards we will slowly get rid of them and they will be continuing to light up their hearts.
This will be my programme in my college also. I am not interested in creating a team of workers who will create a Chinmaya Religion. My work is done when I have organized and created independent workers who will carry the Torch of knowledge of the Rishis to all corners of darkness. Chinamaya Mission is not a sect. I will burn down the whole thing, even if there is a distant suggestion of such a tendency. Ours is field of training. We train workers and then they are sent out.
There is no contradiction in this programme. I will certainly insist on prefect discipline within the Institution. If unprepared members of the Mission take up unintelligent work we will dismiss them immediately. When they do intelligent work along the lines of our policies we have no objection at all.
Do not misunderstand that serving swami Chinmayananda alone is serving Hinduism. All members of the Mission have got the freedom to spread the knowledge as he feels fit. Whenever we find that it is not correct we will correct them. In spite of that, if they are inspired to continue in the wrong line of action we have always the freedom to dismiss them from the Institution.
This is the same as a Medical College student. While under training he should not undertake curing others, but as he comes out of the technical training he can slowly start his independent work. I hope I make myself clear. Please discuss it with all the other workers of the Mission.
So long as members are in the Mission they cannot organise anything. Study Group or Children’s Group or Yagna etc. Without the expressed consent of the Chinmaya Mission Committee. This is only because an individual’s actions should not bring a bad name fir the Institution. But, in case a mission member wants to do anything independently, he must resign his membership and then act as an independent individual. If he does not resign, the Committee can dismiss him from membership. This is the method followed so far in our working-plan at all the Branches and Centers. I am expressely mentioning it here because this point has been specifically raised here.
